Addison Planning are working in partnership with Wakefield District Housing (WDH). You may be aware that WDH are putting together proposals to demolish Whin View Court Independent Living Scheme. In its place, we are proposing to build 19 new affordable bungalows, along with a landscaped community amenity space and an accompanying new community building.
The bungalows would be managed by WDH and made available at affordable rent. They would be comprised of nine 1-bedroom bungalows and ten 2-bedroom bungalows. Each bungalow would have one private parking space.
To help us move forward we would like to ask you a few questions so that we can obtain your opinions on our proposals. Your views are very important to us and will inform the wider decision-making process. Details of the proposal are included on this webpage.
