Navigating your way through the modern English planning system is still incredibly complex. APC specialise in project managing commercial development proposals through the planning system for clients. For major planning applications, Council’s require a raft of technical documents to demonstrate that your scheme is deliverable and can address issues such as highway impacts, ground conditions, flood risk, ecology and design.

APC will work with clients to assemble a project team and then will project manage that team to ensure the coordinated delivery of information to an agreed programme. APC will then manage relationships with the Council and drive a programme to deliver a planning permission within an agreed time frame.
